This applies to users of Go Fashionr's apps, websites, and other services all over globally.

  • Service Centers/Parlors: It includes Spa, Salons, Parlors and others.

  • Clients: those who request or receive grooming and related services, via our Go Fashionr account.

  • Fashionrs: those who provides services to Clients via their Go Fashionr account or through partner Service Centers

All those subject to this notice are referred to as “users” in this notice.

Our privacy practices are subject to applicable laws in the places in which we operate. This means that we engage in the practices described in this notice in a particular country or region only if permitted under the laws of those places.

1. Data provided by users. This includes:

Account information: We collect data when users create or update their Go Fashionr accounts, This includes first and last name, phone number, address, profile picture, location (latitude and longitude).

For fashionrs, this also includes Parlor's information, where they work.

Demographic data: We collect demographic data such as gender. By knowing the gender of our users, we can offer services that are tailored to their unique needs and preferences. For example, certain haircuts or styling techniques may be more popular among individuals of a particular gender, and by understanding this demographic information, we can provide recommendations and suggestions that are more relevant and personalized.

2. Data created during use of our services. This includes:

Location data (Fashionrs and parlors): We collect precise and approximate location data from Fashionrs and parlor center's mobile devices when the Go Fashionr app is running in th foreground (app open).

Location data (Clients): We collect precise and/or approximate loation information from clients' mobile devices if they enable us to do so via their device settings.

Go Fashionr collect such data from the time a booking is made/requested/received/ until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground (open).

Users may use Go Fashionr apps without enabling collection of location data from their mobile devices. But this may affect certain features in the Go Fashionr app.

In addition, precise location data collected from a fashionr's device during a booking is linked to the client's account, even if the client has not enabled precise location data to be collected from their device. This data is used for purposes such as customer support, fraud detection, litigation and receipt generation.

Transaction information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided; booking (such as date and time, services, name, distance) and payment transaction information (such as name, location, amount charged, and payment method).

Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes access dates and times, app features, app crashes and other system activity.

Device data: We might not collect device data yet.

3. Data from other sources. These include:

Go Fahsionr account owners who request services for or on behalf of other users (such as friends or family members).

Users or others providing information in connection with claims or disputes.

service providers who help us verify users’ identity, background information, and eligibility to work, detect fraud, and screen users in connection with sanctions, anti-money laundering, or know-your-customer requirements.
